Youghal Medieval Festival

This is a free event not to be missed! Held on Saturday the 18th of August and Sunday the 19th August, Youghal will once again celebrate its renowned beauty, heritage, and history with its celebrated  and award winning Youghal Medieval Festival.

Celebrating National Heritage Week, Youghal Medieval Festival will bring together over 150 performers, entertainers, musicians, historians, re-enactors and over 40 events. Festival goers can also look forward to lots of talks, walks, tours and FREE Gala Concert.

Held in the open air, but with plenty of indoor activities too, it’s the perfect opportunity to step back in time, with serfs, knights, jousting, falconry and historical re-enactments.
